CH bought me an mP3 or is it Mp3 player ?

Anyhoo an iPod  "wanna - be"  for only $23 at Kohl's !

Let me tell ya something...this is THE coolest thing EVER !!!

Oh my gosh...I should be down to about 100 lbs by the end of this month because I will be walking my ass off in the morning.  I walk about 3 miles a day already and it has gottin' bloody Bor- Ing !

But with this new contraption, I'll be walking all over the place !  I may show up in your neighborhood !

Ah, new technology...

Okay, I suggested to SharingCher to get one about a year ago  because I've "seen" my kids with their iPods  - when she started her treadmill.

(My girls have the good ones that store 5 KG - mine only stores 1 KG and I downloaded over a 100 songs already..! )

Anyway back to SharingCher...she has blogged about 'losing herself and weight' in the music on her treadmill for hours and I can totally see that happening...

So look for a sale and INVEST IN AN MP3 PLAYER !

Get moving and get fit and most of all ENJOY !
